Questions & Mysteries What happened to Ghandi's sword??

Okay

tell me when Mihawk gets greater hype than Roger, WB, or Xebec
Lol he already has the greater hype because he has the title not anyone else. The faster you accept that every swordsman feat only elevates mihawk that much higher, and yes this includes roger/shanks divine departure swordsmen feats, the sooner you will understand the truth that no other swordsmen stand above that man:kata: Each and every swordsman that never achieved a black blade is under him... ryuma himself is under him as well as he had one of the 21 and not one of the 12. When oda gives mihawk that feat you will look back on all the swordsmen feats in the verse and then think to yourself i now see why he is the wss He simply continues to grow in hype and zoros continuous growth himself is proof of that.

To be fair, Ethan's sword also wasn't 3 1/2 Zoros tall before, either. Somehow, he's apparently able to change the size of his sword, to match his Bakotsu hybrid scale. He may also be able to change how it looks to suit his needs as well? Getting rid of the guard to make it more "aerodynamic" and draw faster, maybe?

Maybe that's part of his "Yokai" powers? Maybe that's a thing Black Blades can just do that they've never mentioned before?

I have seen it mentioned that, given Oden's size, Zoro shouldn't be able to wield one of his swords, given that it would just be too long.

Maybe...scale actually matters in One Piece? A crazy thought, I know. Probably shouldn't even say something so outlandish.

But, it is getting me thinking. (Always dangerous, I know). If Black Blades CAN alter their size and form to suit their wielder...could it be they aren't actually "swords", at all? Is there a different way they're meant to be used? They're being used as swords, but are you supposed to use them in a different way? Some different function that they're meant to be used for, after they become Black Blades? I'm not sure what, but...I don't know, I'm still thinking about it.

I don't think it is an honest mistake.
In all panels, he went out of his way to draw it without the Kitetsu guard.
Probably intentional to get people to argue whether it is Shodai...
...something that has been clear since 20 years ago...
i think its literally his assistant fucking up. oda probably did the roughs but didnt fully draw the kitetsu and just assumed his assistant would know enough to draw the right sword
