It hasn't been told what happened to the legendary ship that transported the Pirate King and his crew after the separation of the Roger Pirates and the surrender and consequent execution of Gol D Roger.

What could have possibly happened to the Oro Jackon ? Has it been destroyed ? Does it still exists ?
If yes who could have possibly gotten his/her hands on the legendary ship after the end of the Roger Pirates ?

Jokes aside maybe they burned it or, who knows, Scopper or somebody else could have used it to go back to Raftel and guard it so that we will see it again when the SH reach Raftel.

No, but for real. I think it must still exist. Someone who was very close to Roger probably kept it safe and the Straw Hat's will visit it one day. That is a must imo. I highly doubt Oda would not let Luffy go on board of the the PK's ship. It's a legendary ship and the Sunny will one day become on too.

Though I have no idea where it could be.

Just watch Scopper entering Onigashima with the rest of Roger Pirates remnants on the Oro Jackson!

I think there are two possibilities:
1. Whoever the helmsman was Roger asked him to destroy Oro Jackson to make it clear that Roger Pirates are over.
2. Roger told either Scopper or Rayleigh or so-called helmsman to hide the ship away from the world.
