Luffy wont kill kaido to give him the glorius death he wants but Blackbeard will certainly kill him in an unglorious way since blackbeard is teh exact opposite of Luffy.

it has already been established in Kaido's introduction that jailing him is futile and does nothing.

how many times was he captured? 40 or something? correct me if i'm wrong but point still stands that it won't do anything to him.

he needs to DIE, or live in misery for the rest of his life. only way to really "defeat" him.

I think Kaido will be beaten by Luffy and someone else will kill him.Marines capturing him would be pointless.He needs to die.Maybe an admiral(GreenBull) will execute an unconscious Kaido.
