Character Discussion What Has Shanks Ever Done That Was Truly Evil?

I don't have proof but he reminds me a lot of nexuslord. Very similar behaviours and ways of talking.
I've noticed a pattern of new users every now and then, they start of seemingly friendly and calm but then they drop these extremely formal, highly formatted threads and complain about being unable to have "intellectual discussions" here and even if or when they get disproven or called out, it turns into the same familiar pattern of throwing insults and blaming everyone here.
I've seen a few users do this, their mask slips not long after they join and history repeats itself. They could be different people but I've noticed this happening here a few times with now banned users in the past too.
I know we had that one toxic germa66 guy who I Think called himself egghead under an alt, I think he came back a couple of times with alts and I think iam25 did the same too but not certain.
I was kinda joking in saying to stop making alts but this guy reminded me of nexuslord and some other users long ago, so it's a very weird coincidence at least.
They could be a different person and not an alt though ofc. Just similar behaviours and temperaments I guess.
The way they're insulting us all, their insults, we've definitely had others do the same here before and got clowned and humbled for it.

It turned out that it was NexusLord. Lol.
I thought his posting style looked familiar. I reported his arse on suspicion of being an alt account of already permanently banned user @OliveShark / @NexusLord.
Turns out I was correct.

It's very sad to see. A lot of people on this website seem to be outright disengaged most of the time. They frequent threads, but their contributions are of very low quality most of the time. That, and it seems like some people care more about One Piece for the "powerscaling" than the actual story that's being told. It's such a shallow way to look at media, let alone One Piece, that it isn't even funny.

I wanted Shanks to have dark side, this would've made his character more complex.

a somewhat good person, who tries to be noble as much this world allows him to be
being in power and being almost moral is really hard
so hard, I can't say any living person who is in power, can claim to be as moral as Shanks
so creating a believable Shanks is in fact harder than a twists Shanks
we have twists, grey characters
we don't have Shanks
Shanks was, is, and forever will be the good guy (as good as this world allows him to be)
