The alliance has officially defeated Big Mom and Kaido but what if they are not dead?
What if Big Mom created some homies in time and one of which is magma? It could explain why they were not hurt if they were to survive the ordeal.
Because remember Big Mom can wear her fire homie like a wig and hold a thundercloud with lightnings everywhere on one hand without getting hurt.
It is only when these homies are not in Big Mom's control is when they can damage her.

bigmam and kaido has no reason to do sit or just go into hiding. if they come back they may come back even stronger.

Kaido solely relied on Adcoc. and he said to luffy that You are not the only one with future sight.
Kaido never used adCOA
Bigmam Has Adv coc. and probably future sight too. Just that these monster don't use it oftenly.

Kaido is fast enough to damage luffy even with FS. So future isn't that much effective against character above yc1 or just yc1 kata was an exception.

I still think that BM will return. She will collect on her life debt from Kaido in some form. She will power up from that and then short-circuit or something to make her incapacitated. If not, whatever.
