Between Oda's comment and that page hyping up the beginning of the final saga, I'm inclined to think Kaido and Big Mom might have actually died.
Before I was 90% sure they were still alive somehow.
Big Mom might still have some potential with Elbaf and CP0 though.

Big Mom and Kaido aren't dead, but they aren't going to serve any major purpose as antagonists going forward . That I think is why Big Mom got dragged into this arc when she had no business being here otherwise.

Oda pushed Kaido to have a sudden future sight otherwise even Kaido should've been beaten much faster as we saw he wasnt able to defend without FS :kata:

She has adv coc,but Luffy would still beat her.
I think they are both dead.It makes no sense for them to be around any longer,they serve no more purpose.What would be the point?It would make those 150 chapters just worthless.
