Scenario 2 : Denjiro and Asura and Kawamatsu decide to join the fight too

I want to know what do you think will happen in both scenarios. Would Marineford have turned different for the pirates ?

Even after re-reading your post, you don't mention anything about Drake. You wrote "the six" but mention 5 names, so it looks like you forgot to include Drake. If you're trying to say Ace replaced Drake as a Flying 6, then you should write it down.

How does Akainu one shot Kaido when a sick old Whitebeard destroyed him. Difference is Kaido is not old nor sick to not be able to prevent Akainu from tearing half his face nor give him a chest hole

What if he knew about Yamato’s friendship with Ace and he was ok with it. Just powerhouse, his daughter with the son of the king of pirates? What else could he wish powerwise.

So Yamato came to Kaido when ace got captured and ask him the first and only one for something. She never took a present from him since oden. She never aknowledged him, accepted him as father. But this moment came and she asked him in tears:
„Please, save Ace!“

And Kaido, still the father of his daughter, went for it. He was going to save ace. But somehow Shanks stopped him. Maybe surprised him with an attack, sank his ship of something. Probably shanks didn’t expected Kaido to go there for helping.

And since then, Yamato can’t forgive her father. She had one wish in her life. One time she needed that strongest creature in the world, which always gets and takes what he wants. But this time he didn’t. He didn’t fullfiled her wish. So she makes him responsible for ace death and that’s why she ultimately hates Kaido and sticks to oden.

This also brings up Kaidos wish for
Death. Also why he was envied a Whitebeard. He couldn’t fulfill the one wish of his daughter. Which always rips of his heart when he looks in her eyes. That’s why he drinking, why he seeking for death. He is used to feel pain, to get hurt physically. He is used to be beaten, to bleed, to get unconscious. But he can’t take this pain of ultimately having failed his daughter. To see the hate against him in her eyes. Knowing it’s his fault and he never can repair his mistake.

Erm, Akainu was no worse for wear and still itching to fight after WB "destroyed" him.

Kaido doesn't have WB's AP and Akainu is likely the only character whose AP is the closest to top swordsmen like Zoro, Mihawk, and Shanks. If post-Hakai Zoro could give him a large scar, then a healthy Akainu would ragdoll Kaido like no one else's business.

Shanks probably knew Kaido wasnt going after WB for a fight, he stopped the Beast Pirates because he knew if Kaido and WB joint forces then the WG would have been defeated, but since Shanks is CD's errand boy he stepped in.

Can Kaido even take damage from fire?
From what we have seen any attack Kaido takes that isnt advCoC just makes him say ouch but doesnt realy do anything to him, i doubt Akainu would beat Kaido.
