What if not black maria take sanji hostage but smoothie would to it we know sanji would not attack smoothie but sanji knows that robin would win against black maria Observation haki wise.

so what if smoothie would take sanji hostage and we know robin would not win against her.
Would sanji call her too?
I come back to the observation haki point..
Sanji can sense a enemies strenght with observation haki thats the reason he knows that robin>black maria.(he did that in zou too where sanji saved his friends from bege)

so would he called robin too? And why?

There is no way to know the outcome of a fight specially when people can grow during the fight.

And remember that Sanji didn't give a fuck about Nami and Usopp facing Ulti and Page One. That's because he himself faced Page One before and was even outpowered by him while using the raid suit.

Sanji was sure that someone will help them and he knows the out come from the fight when he sense the strenght from both

No he doesn't. He doesn't have Future Sight and no one ever showed Future Sight seing so far at the future. He didn't even knew he was going to a trap.

If wasn't for Tama, Big Mom, Zeus they would have died.

The whole point of the scene was to show Sanji acknowledges that there are enemies even he cannot defeat ironically this is like what he said to Usopp in Enies Lobby.

In Enies Lobby Sanji couldn't defeat Kalifa, he didn't ask for help Nami intervened, herself and called him stupid.

In WCI Sanji didn't rely on anyone he tried to tackle everything himself and wasn't able to handle it, it was a whole arc on his character development that he cannot do everything on his own, that be with his chivalry or his strength.

In Wano he got himself caught in a trap and instead of acting cool (Like everyone expected) he asked for help from Robin (Nami acknowledges this and says a woman probably caught him) he's not supposed to be Zoro or Luffy.

TL:DR: Yes Sanji would ask for help against Smoothie and the SHs would figure it out.
