Kaido would have won high diff against old WB and then won extreme diff against the Larines due to no rest. Otherwise a fresh Kaido is the Larines worst nightmare
1) Pretty sure aokiji can easily counter boro-breath with AOE ice age attacks defensively
2) Akainu's volcano meteor can also mess up dragon kaido from above
he will freeze the soldiers as well i, and Akainu attack that miss Kaido will just come back as a rain on his own soldiers the only one who has suitable attacks is Kizaru but even though Kaido could even be 10 KM above and fire down so how Kizaru cannot reach him with his lasers

Exactly. Thats the point of AOE attacks such as boro breath/ice-age/volcano meteors, they damage the crowd indiscriminately.
Same reason applies to Kaido when he uses boro breath, he will also damage his own crew in the battlefield
