Oda can make it happen that either of them - Kaku or Lucci - gives Zoro some trouble on panel and I think it's also likely to happen.
It's cause that guy Oda likes to play around and therefore he won't unleash all out Zoro onto them.
With current info all out Zoro would destroy them though. Kaku should be no competition at all and Lucci only gives him a real fight, if he also has advCoC.
KoH Zoro is just out of reach for non top tiers, if not for hax. It's already difficult to imagine them giving all out Sanji a fight. There's only so much (with current info) they could've developed on. Even something like Zoan awakening would have to balance out Exo+IJ, what's imo a difficult task.
But I sincerely hope that they surprise me. I'm a big Lucci and Kaku fan
