Mihawk's near the top for now, because there are no many Super Yonko like when Whitebeard was at his prime..

Mihawk was portrayed the same as Garp in Marineford and it's where both stand.. Garp was never Roger's equal and Mihawk's title is vastly overrated.. If he was Yonko level or even on Roger's level he would have neg diffed Vista and have an insane impact on the war.. The World Government would know this and have him imprisoned in Impel Down for Treason..

Old Mihawk = Old Garp

They're both First Mate level..
