I've seen many people that chapter officially confirms that Enma is a power up but can we look back at chapter 955 the chapter which Enma is introduce and see if that's the case.

Enma's only confirmed power is forcibly draining the user haki known as ryou in Wano

So Enma doesnt actually have it's own "power" just draining Zoro's. Zoro must have meant that he needed to allow more of his haki to out as he was using to little before due to not wanting all his Haki drained.
Zoro is actually kinda of nerfed with Enma and Zoro himself admitted that he would get stronger ONLY WHEN HE GOT USED TO ENMA.

If it has nothing special it means that it wasn't Enma and the power it has but Oden only

The only advantage from Enma comes from the opportunity it grants it's wielder to grow stronger by getting used to it's haki draining quirk. Once that is over it's just another great grade blade like Wado Ichimonji, so the training it gives Zoro can be considered a power up if you want to call it that.

Wait for ViZ people. As for Enma, it takes user's Haki more than necessary, which is not good for swordsman. If Zoro hasn't mastered Enma yet (which seems to be the case), then he's nerfed, since he can't use his full Haki potential.

He simply hasn't allegedly mastered Enma. What makes you so confident Enma is stronger than the other o wazamono when Zoro simply said he can't use its full power fundamentally?

It can be that Ryou is related to the sword mastery. We will see whether or not this will be the case. For sure it is a matter of skill either way.
