Brokest: On day 6, hitchhike my way to the US Embassy when our hotel room got broken into and all of our passports and wallets were stolen.:gonope:

Yeah that's a thing. Last time I was in a hotel I didn't leave anything in my room except shampoo, toothbrush and the like.
The only thing we took out with us was cash and IDs for club/pub entry. Credit cards and passports weren't needed because we a) just charged everything in the hotel to the room and b) had cash on us to take care of everything outside of the hotel. We assumed things were safe in our room and not in placed in a safe. Lesson learned the hard way.

Rip:catcry:
Don't trust strangers. Even when I was in hospital I would place EVERYTHING in the safe. My phone, money, key, headphones.
