S-Hawk uses advanced swordsmanship techniques and Jinbe uses fishman karate. Skill is somehow engraved in those genes.

So yes, EoS's Luffy DNA would make a stronger Seraphim:
- Baby Luffy's would inherit Luffy's potential but would never reach it unless it underwent a similar life with a similar determination.
- EoS's Luffy would actual strength and skills instead of potential without having to work for it.

Interestingly, either Seraphims don't inherit haki or aren't immediately as strong as their original genetic donors (S-Hawk < Mihawk) but they're clearly hardcoded to have those skills as they develop without having to work for them like the originals.

Cloning isn’t just about using dna like they did for king, they recreate the user including their skills.

So yeah a clone of adult luffy will be stronger because they’d inherit luffys fighting style (like how oars did)
You can’t clone skills. And when was oars cloned?

Baby luffy didn't have Joyboy's haki. This is like Dragon ball, Goku was a weak bum but his first son was much stronger than him at the same age and his 2nd son was way stronger because Goku was vastly stronger at that point in life.

Tldr: the Seraphim inherited some of the strength and abilities of the originals, baby Luffy didn't have shit.
