It's actually "won peace" after the wg is overthrown, bb is killed, and the crew achieves their respective goals they will have won the war for peace. As for laughtale there is probably some knowledge from the ancient kingdom that the wg really wants to keep hidden to maintain their control of the world, but that isn't the one piece, just information that the wg will go to war to keep hidden. After that war ends the strawhats will have Won Peace and once they reach laughtale they will uncover the hidden knowledge to make peace a reality across the world.
