The moment new characters are introduced are some of the most hype in the whole series.

What counts as an introduction?
Either a characters first full appearance or the moment we get their name box.

Example:
-Fujitora's appearance and scene in the gambling den in Dressrosa counts as his introduction
-But also, the moment he is revealed as Marine admiral Fujitora also counts as an introduction

I'll start:
I'm partial to Kaido's introduction as the undisputed GOAT intro to any character I've seen so far. The narrator is the cherry on top which hypes this man up even more.

A close second is probably Kizaru and his introduction on Sabaody:

I like Luffy introduction also. The boy that comes out of random barrel that got lost in a sea. Felt unique.

Ryofui's reign would've lasted a lot longer than that of Sei imo. He had a far more mature understanding of how his world works.

Kingdom has some badass char introductions.
