Geppo. I wonder what's the in-universe explanation for people like BM, Shanks and Mihawk having never shown interest in learning. No, it's not that they lack leg strength. If Kalifa and Nero could do it, they can. If OP were a game, everyone would learn geppo and rankyaku for sure. Mobility + range.
