Ankylosaursus or one of its cousins with armored bodies for Franky.
Oviraptor (egg thief) for Nami, which is funny because Oviraptor was suspected to hunt and eat eggs but later it was discovered the initial Oviraptor specimen died trying to protect her eggs from something.
Chopper? Ancient Ground Sloths. Mostly because they're big and menacing and look like Monster Point.
