Mihawk is closer to Saint Shanks than Kaido imo.

Only reason I think otherwise is the “Worlds Strongest” title.

The way I see it Saint Shanks Kaido Mihawk are all in the same overall tier and they’re relatively close in strength

Properly people think Saint Shanks will fight luffy logic even though Saint Shanks is portrayed as good guy .

Another thing is how comfortable Oda is feeling with showing what is in Saint Shanks bag. Oda commits hard to hiding stuff about important characters and he obviously feels more comfortable sharing Saint Shanks secrets at this point in the story than Mihawk's. Oda refuses to show any combat of Mihawk post time skip and only hypes him up through others.

I do think Law > Zoro (for now he’ll surpass him by a good bit next arc)

Saint Shanks got the yonko title only after he lost his arm, because he was too strong to be considered a yonko while he had both arms.
