Zoro did his job for the moment, he has time to rest, eat and be healed by Marco, ChopChop and Hiyory.

Then Zoro appears as a Deus Ex Machina, boosted by Hawkins against either Smoothie, a CP0 or an Admiral.

Marco's regeneration power is the ultimate solution. Can regenerate everything so if zoro's bones are broken, it's perfect to heal. Others like chopper, hiyori don't have that ability. Law can take out any limbs but how he gonna heal broken things.
In this current situation, Zoro is not able to walk so he needs to be healed. To kill Kaido at least 50% Zoro, so either full healing and marco is exhausted so he could take King and finish Kaido or either just 50% then maybe enough for Kaido.

Zoro isn’t going to be healed to fight King. He’s going to be healed by Hiyori and fight orochi followed by rejoining Kaido fight later in arc.
Chopper - Can’t doctor In monster point or after monster point
Marco - Probably about to be defeated by King and Queen
Law and Hiyori - Zoros only chance but not even they can instantly heal, Mansherry isn’t here

1. Marco will be Overwhelmed by King, Queen & Perospero so others need to take over & he goes to Heal Zoro while Resting himself
2. Chopper cannot handle Queen by himself & his Monster Point is Limited so others need to take over & he should go Heal Zoro
3. Hiyori most probably treated Scabbards Injuries so it's very likely she will meet Zoro & treat his Wounds too
4. Law is close to Zoro & he saw how Useful he was on the Roof so he might decide to do some Surgery & Heal him
5. Maybe he will only Rest & get back to Fight while Injured (Similar to his Fight against Hatchan)
6. Surprise Character who have Healing Abilities such as Yamato or Momo maybe

None, in fact he won't fight King or go back to the live floor. Hiyori is going to treat him.
Marco's basic flames are not able to heal him and Marco won't sacrifice himself.
Law and Chopper are extraordinary doctors but they can't restore his health.
Hiyori can help him but just a bit. Just enough to fight half dead Jack
