Luffy and Robin’s come first, their dreams will be fulfilled when the crew reaches Laugh Tale.
Sanji’s will come when he finds All Blue, no idea when that will happen...but if some theories are to be believed and One Piece has something to do with pulling islands together/creating an intersection of the world’s oceans, then shortly after they get to the final island.
Brook’s will be complete when they sail back to Reverse Mountain after finding the legendary treasure, I could see the skeleton staying with Laboon and Crocus after that.
Zoro’s will happen after Luffy is Pirate King, I think. Mighty unpopular opinion, but I think the last major battle in the series will be between him and Mihawk for the title of WSS. Could see it happening before or during the Final War, but it would also be a nice coda to the whole story.
Jinbe doesn’t seem to have a dream anymore (except to see fishmen and humans coexist peacefully, something that will happen after the Final War as
@Garp the Fist helpfully pointed out) and is just glad to hang out now, and Vivi’s dream was taken care of when Crocodile was defeated.
The rest of the crew...I just don’t see how their dreams can be considered achieved since they’re all kinda moving targets. Nami wants to make a map of the entire world, and we know the SHP have only visited a small portion thereof; Franky wants his ship to sail around the same, so he won’t be done when they reach the end of the Grand Line; Usopp wants to be brave, and maybe that can be resolved in Elbaf, but I don’t know what he plans to do with that knowledge afterwards; Chopper wants to find a panacea cure, but viruses and bacteria are always mutating and therefore he’d have to keep researching/exploring.
I have an idea that I’ve romanticized enough in my head - after the story concludes, Usopp/Chopper/Franky/Nami stay with Luffy and continue sailing around the whole world while Zoro/Sanji/Jinbe/Brook/Robin/Vivi all disembark and remain as their nakama from a distance. Don’t see it coming to pass, and I don’t necessarily WANT the SHP to not travel together, but what would the rest of them need to stay for once their goals are reached? Roger disbanded his crew after they learned everything they sought to discover; I know it was partially because of his illness, and he didn’t wanna put his crew in line for execution, but I could see Luffy (or Oda) giving us one last parallel between him and the original Pirate King.
