What people forget about Hit

Hit is the legendary assassin from Universe 6, and he was the strongest fighter that has been summoned by Champa.

He fought in the ''tournaments'' against Universe 7, and then ''The Universe Survival - Tournament of Power''.

However, people forget that Hit was massively holding back for these reasons;

And then again in the second tournament;

''Killing is forbidden.''

Goku himself even says Hit could be far more powerful if he goes all out without any rule.
