General & Others What powerful organization would you like to see in OP?

My suggestion would be some sort of insane religious cult empire (think of Marvel's Universal Church of Truth) whose members all have some sort of god/demon-like abilities derived from their prayers.

World Governament is some sort of Religious Fanatic Empire. They think Im is a GOD.

Ancient Kingdom's Hidden Group > Pretty much D. family I guess.

I would like to see something like Germa 66 but without being a Royal Kingdom. The idea of mercenaries living from war it seems good. Joker used to rule underworld but he was only selling weapons. Imagine a group of high skilled soldiers battling in wars and changing the winning side from time to time.

Imagine Alabasta arc for example. They help the rebels winning against Royal Army and once the Rebels are too strong they help the Royal Army and balance things but always making profit from both sides.

The princes of the seas: powerful pirates that aren't part of the Emperor crews, but are still powerful and pretty influential on their own.

The black market: an alliance of merchants who sell illegal staff, they hire powerful Warriors, Pirates, Criminals etc. To protect their products during transportation. They are as powerful as the WG, but they do not have a leaders nor any political ambition, their only goal is to profit no matter what. They are considered as a neural power.

Mafia: a criminal organization with powerful members that together can rival both the Emperors and Marines. As a criminal organization they work with all sides without chosing one or the other.

Neutral side: a group of bounty hunters
Pirate side (anti-Luffy): alliance of NW big shots (non Yonko) from the underworld negatively affected by Luffy's shenanigans
Pirate side (pro-Luffy): privateers-like pirate group
Rebel side: non-RA resistance group highly composed of defectors from Marines led by a former CP0 member
Neutral side: a secret society who strongly believes in the D clan but origins were not even related to the events Void Century (hopefully related to Morgans)

Maybe just some islands with solid villains like drug dealers or maybe people with dna of monsters, or Idk maybe people related to shapes but also opponents that the supernovas defeated

Half men, half weirdos ex-Beast Pirates going around helping people at menial tasks, from carrying grandma's groceries to getting cats down from trees.

Its power comes from improving the world one good deed at a time, no combat needed, while letting normal civilians get to know "mutants" and not be afraid of them.

There is no space for it in the manga but I think spin-offs following the Underworld Emperors would be the best.

In a ”normal” One Piece world pre-Luffy it was a low intensive war, not utter chaos. At least Big Mom, Kaido, CP0 & Wano had direct connections. Some warring countries too and likely Shanks and WB as well. We could see all kinds of encounters through the perspective of the Underworld Emperors.
