General & Others What region of Wano King does rule ?

As the true rulers of Wano Country the Beast Pirates are the ones who truly reign over the country with each of the Calamities being the true ruler of one region of Wano with Jack being the ruler of Kuri while Queen is in charge of Udon.

What region of Wano is under the authority of King ? What region would fit him the most ? And which part of the Beast Pirates' operations would the region do (Kuri serving as a reserve of workers in the factories while Udon serves to imprison the opponents to Kaido and Orochi's rule) ?

I would say Hakumai because there is the entrance for the underground port, probably managing the transport of weapons outside of the country. A better question is who rules the other two regions?

Jack is in charge of Kuri
Queen is in charge of Udon
Ringo is a snowy place
And then there is Flower Capital (which is probably ruled by Orochi) and Hakumai left but Hakumai doesn't fit King honestly. So my best bet left is Kibi which is a desert-like place and there's literally no clean water or food there so King's theme must fit there.
