I actually think that Apoo and Hawkins will switch sides as they are a part of the new generation that suppose to beat the old. I think it still too early for Luffy to be able to solo Kaido as we can see Kaido is pretty much 70-90% healthy and luffy is like 1%? Even with the help from Yamato I don't think it is enough. Maybe Hawkins will give luffy some buffs with his card. As for Apoo I have no idea what he will do if he switch side. Maybe team up with Drake to take on King so that Marco is free to heal Zoro and Luffy?
As for Denjiro, just as the other say, I think he will meet Hiyori.
Got no idea for Kawamatsu and Izo.
