all this secrecy leads me to believe there’s a twist coming and the most obvious one is that it’s Luffy’s fruit. The timelines and shanks involvement line up

Prolly an hk took it. Gaben said shank and him sensed a strange haki there that day. It also tracks with Harald suddenly going insane. Maybe it was Gargling. Or Sommers since he seems pretty familiar with elfab.

The problem is, why would the wg send that df on a fucking cp9 ship when supposedly an hk literally had it with them? Couldn't they have just Abyss'd it away back to marie joa and be done with all this soyboy shit?

That's the reason why i think it wasn't the nika fruit.

Loki implied he had experience with hk before. So maybe an hk did take it, but Loki caught them and attacked them. And even tho he didn't manage to do any damage, he did get the fruit back and immediately ate it.

Damn, I still think it’s Luffy’s fruit due to Shanks but this does put a dent in my theory

btw I don’t think you can use abyss on non marked people. Since DF have souls it makes sense you can’t transport them either

i mean even then, it's way better for the hk to just transport that df normally instead of giving it to a fodder cp9.

They coulda just summoned gunko or another hk who has a transportation ability other than the abyss.

I don't see why that last sentence matters here but I also don't really believe Law will be top 3
It really depends though, we have Luffy Koby Zoro Sabo and Sanji, four of which are basically a lock in terms of EoS power level
Law's level kind of depends on what Oda wants to do with him, but I'll bet he'll be equal to or nigh equal to the characters I mentioned EoS
