I’ll say Teach raiding Baltigo, All it did was serve to make the Revs and Dragon look weak. Baltigo also fit Dragon’s aesthetic more than Kambakka. I think Oda had something interesting planned for Dragon and BB but then chickened out at the last moment so know we just have this.

Compared to Alabasta's "Sacred Water" that kills you after 5 minutes. Plus the Pills might give us hints to a connection between the Fishmen and Minks. with the ancient Fishmen trying to copy the Minks Sulong Transformation.

Running away from that blob monster in punk hazard, I watched the anime and there was episode after episode of just running away from poisonous gas only for it to be a gag at the end given Kinemon was hit by it and snapped out of his cacoon with 0 consequences

That’s fair. Tbh I always had low expectations of it because imo the box played its part in FMI since it completed its role from the fairy tale Fishman Island was loosely based on.
