Loki doesn't seem like a guy who will fall in love towards someone, not someone ordinary, and definitely not in his current wild persona. Maybe when he got older. Lola on the other hand seems like only accept someone who really love her. So the whole joint marriage thing to fight world government is just business, so Lola ran away.

But again, Telling us shanks became yonkou because of beating Loki was a much better alternative.
