Does other stats like speed, strength, endurance and durability included as well?
Yes, but it's too soon to decide on those.
My assessment of Mihawk's advantage in Swordsmanship and COA is due to the fact these two areas are where Zoro most improved over the TS, so it's safe to assume Mihawk's Swordsmanship and COA skills are no joke (no name slash casually cutting down mountains and meteors, bruh).
But for Mihawk and Shanks to be rivals, their skills have to be balanced, at least. So I assumed Shanks must have better COO and COC than Mihawk for their rivalry to be balanced, as all things should be.
My guess, though, is that Mihawk will turn out to be stronger, but Shanks will turn out to be quicker. Kinda like Zoro vs Kaku, tbh. Kaku was quicker, that's why he landed so many attacks on Zoro. Zoro only landed 3 attacks on Kaku, but he hit Kaku where it really hurt and eventually won the fight.
I imagine, in a fight between Mihawk and Shanks, Shanks would probably land more hits on Mihawk and have better maneuverability due to superior COO (and if his COC could affect his surroundings like something of a force field, it would be a bitch for Mihawk to deal with), but his superior COA means Mihawk could tank Shanks's attacks better and deal out a lot of damage that could bypass Shank's COA when combined with his greater Swordsmanship.
But of course, this is all just my imagination.
