No they don't. Never stated anywhere that they want the PG. You're assuming since Buggy said it that Mihawk/Croc will start looking for them. Unfortunately that won't happen. Buggy achieves his objectives by luck which helps him get the easy way out. He is not putting in effort of going after PG.
He doesn't know it's location nor does he know that Caribou has info on its location. He also doesn't know caribou is with BB. CG can't infiltrate Wano for PGs as well due to its natural defences

Krieg and Gin are irrelevant in the big picture. Also we already know what happened between krieg and Mihawk. Nothing more needs to be added to that since it's irrelevant to current plot.
It would be weird if Mihawk and Croc tried to explain to the other Cross Guild members that they had no intention of fighting anyone. They wouldn't have a reason to be upset about Buggy saying it either if that were true. They could just keep doing whatever they wanted to if they didn't care.
Idk about them specifically going to Elbaf or whatever, but the people in Cross Guild seem rowdy and eager. The possibility seems high that they'll actually make moves and get with the program instead of calling it off.

What im saying is that he has no way to find Pluton.
He can't get into Wano due to its natural defences and even if he does somehow get inside he won't be able to find the location of Pluton or the PGs

Pluton is a link between them hence why I mentioned it. The issue here is you affirm stuff as impossible but you don't even give a reasoning as to why. Like wdym they can't get through wano natural defenses, everyone did already.

Sukiyaki hid his identity extremely well from Kaido and especially Orochi who was obsessed with Kozuki family. He can obviously hide the info of him being able to read Poneglyphs from them.
