So there is room to add CG to the WG forces. Zoro has to fight Mihawk. Usopp is a good match up for Buggy and so on.

Unless Cross Guild adds more forces like Doflamingo, or maybe even an army.

Go to Impel Down and recruits Doflamingo, Bon Clay and other prisoners.

Then going after the burned man, in which Cross Guild met Moria and Perona by chance and decided to let them on board too.

They might or might not recruit Weevil or other Warlords, forming a Warlords only crew.

They participate in battle royale for the One Piece and Buggy finds Captain John's treasure by luck and arrive at Laugh Tale by accident.

Crocodile steals Pluton and creates a Utopia. Buggy becomes King of the World.

Croc getting Pluton would mean going to Wano. Since Buggy was friends with Oden, Momo, Inu, and Neko, would they give him support too!

You are asking if I'm implying that Laugh Tale just gives you a map for a new place, right?

No I don't think that. I just don't think One Piece is at laugh tale.

Roger just said you would have to search all over the world. He never gave tips. I bet Laugh Tale also doesn't have any tips. Not sure how Oda will handle it but I'm still believing it is not on Laugh Tale.

Maybe the village where Rogue lived someone there that knew Roger is keeping One Piece safe.
