made this thread because why not

I've seen plenty of theories of what will happen with Sakazuki once it's his time in panels, some are goofy and others are reasonable I wonder what the community thinks about it

here's a short list of what will happen to Sakazuki according to the OP Universe

~ Akainu's opponent will be Sabo, Mera Awakening to sabo giving him the extreme diff victory
~ Akainu will have a skrimish with Sabo then Luffy jumps the frame and they both jump him
~ Akainu blitzes Sabo angering Luffy and then Luffy vs Akainu starts
~ Akainu vs Luffy happens but Luffy "Bluenos" Akainu making his way to "Imu"
~ Akainu fights dragon and gets defeated
~ Akainu fights dragon and beats him motivating Luffy to fight the red dog

and of course
~ Akainu fights Luffy and the battle is an intense match up, Luffy winning high-extreme difficulty

Yeah some of them sounds goofy but that's what I've seen in my times

What do you guys think will happen :kata:

Akainu will have some clashes against Sabo and maybe Dragon. Luffy will be the one that beats him high or extreme diff.
Is it far fetched to think that when the revolutionary raids the WG and the war between marines&revo breaks out that Akainu will be the one to put them down? (mainly dragon)

so basically, they'll try to raid only to lose the 1st time before coming back strong the 2nd time with the alliance of Luffy and the SH + Grandfleet

then when they test their luck again, that's when Akainu vs Luffy starts

To me it looks like the revolutionary will try to overthrow solely with their army and will not call out to the SH

Most likely Sabo will defeat him, there's far too much set up for this not to happen

Low chance that Luffy Blueno's him, they probably won't even fight at all

Zero chance Akainu is an arc opponent for him given that Akainu is several steps below Imu in both rank and importance

Either akainu get special antagonist treatment. Or low diff by sabo there's nothing in between

Sabo has a far greater argument for being Akainu's opponent instead of Luffy and the moment Imu was introduced was the moment Akainu's relevancy evaporated.
Sabo's only excuse is that he's filling the gap for Ace

Luffy has been there, done that and even caught a scar that reminds him of the fleet admiral when his name is mentioned anywhere near luffy

Imu could be a fodder, could be a god, doesn't mean Luffy won't get to throw his fade with Akainu

It could go either way execpt "Defeats Dragon motivating Luffy".I doubt Oda would throw away 23+ years of build up for a character just to use him as a hype tool for Akainu (who doesn't need a hype tool because we already know he is a beast). Also, Luffy doesn't know Dragon and doesn't really care about him so that would hardly be a motivation for him.

Shanks beats up Barto and leaves. Navy ship appears and spots barely alive Barto Club, arrestst them. Akainu orders public execution of that important subordinate of Emperor Luffy. Marineford 2.0 happens. Luffy beats Sakazuki, frees Barto leaves and completes the Sakazuki ceremony by drinking a sake cup to his Grand Fleet.
So this:
and of course
~ Akainu fights Luffy and the battle is an intense match up, Luffy winning high-extreme difficulty

Sabo will beat him but with help. Not from SHs but from someone else. Probably from someone on YC level character. Maybe Smoker or Marco.

And Sabo awakening is much of an asspull. Ace had the mera for at least a year and yet we never saw Ace use its awakening while Sabo only had it for months. He would have ACoA and maybe ACoC plus help.
