Akainu's Justice focus on Eradicating all Evil
Fujitora's Justice focus on Protecting all Good
Kizaru's Justice is Neutral & Unclear, meaning he is In-Betweener
Aokiji's Justice is Lazy suggesting he does neither
So i expect Ryokugyu's Justice to be Restorative Justice, meaning he believes that Evil can be cured to become Good
As for his Powers, i believe Admirals have Powers that look cool in their Color Theme & also kinda relate to their Justice
Magma destroys everything in it's Path
Gravity keeps everything in Place
Light comes & goes
Ice slows everything
So if Ryo's Justice is indeed Restorative, then i expect it to include turning Bad into Good, which seems to be Plants DF
Not only it fits his Justice perfectly, but also his Color Green & Fasting Habit
He can also have a Bull Shaped Attack through Plants
Does this mean Ryokugyu is coming to Wano next? And he will fix all Lands around Capital & provide Food for everyone.

Since all of the admirals have these physical manefestation nature theme in them, i probably guess, his DF has something to do with photosenthesis, since mf can live without eating, he must have other things to nurture himself, and that was absorving energy via photosintheis, and im not gonna surprise if he can absorb even the energy under the soil , and start spamming Botanical shit like NAruto's Yamato.
I’m convinced that Ryokugyu and Fujitora take inspiration from Hashirama and Madara (the purple gravity and meteor summoning make this obvious imo + the fact that Oda genuinely viewed Kishimoto as a rival).
So whether it’s some plant Zoan (like an Ent) or a plant paramecia or a logia, I’m pretty sure that Ryokugyu has plant/life generation and can spawn forests.
