Zoro vs Sandai Kitetsu Gorosei is basically locked in at this point. Sanji could fight the Blonde Gorosei, but for far less definitive reasons. I wonder who will fight the other 3? Yamato for sure if she joins. I think that several SHs will surpass Jinbe, so probably not him unless he unexpectedly grows much stronger. Usopp could become pretty strong, so maybe him. Idk about the last one

indeed , maybe Yamato and Usopp considering he likely will surpass Yasopp . Jinbe i expect him to still be among the stronger half of SHs ( stronger than Middle Trio and Nami + Chopper ) , so he'll take one of the Five Elders .

There used to be a time, pre-ts, when I believed the monster trio would fight one admiral each. Akainu-Luffy, Kizaru-Zoro, Aokiji-Sanji or something like that. Then the ts happened and it became crystal clear that Luffy and Zoro pulled away from Sanji by a fair distance. The admirals are meant to be absolute top tier who very few characters measure up to.
Problem is the time skip has shown that lots of characters are stronger than or at least as strong/on the same level as Sanji.

Since the final villain will be BB then I guess a BB commander. About the admirals there are pretty good chances they could be the next arc villains or the arc after the next if Luffy amd co go to rescue Sabo (be it held at Marijoa or executed in the new navy HQ), also powerwise if Luffy and co now beat a yonko as a group an admiral solo just seems the next natural step. Gorosei don't seem fighters due to the old age but it could also be anyway that will be reserved as IM last line if that is the case so probably EoS stuff as well or right before the eos (aka dight with BB).
I used to believe that his peak will only be somewhat marco level. Hence i didnt see him beating a Top Tier, even EoS

From power level perspective, i think it's highly likely that Yamato will be a Top Tier by EoS, i mean what more could you expect from the WSC's daughter?. Because of that, i reevaluate my perspective about eos sanji power level. Sanji imo will be the third strongest strawhat no matter what, that's how Oda portrays him throughout the story. So if yamato joins the strawhat, i see eos sanji being a Top tier as well, and if that's the case, his final opponent would be an Admiral imo

Depending on who will be the SHs final opponents.
Kurohige crew -> Burguess clearly, the guy who skips leg day against the guy who only does leg day
Admirals -> Kizaru, the guy who boosts his attacks with the lightspeed granted by his fruit and likes to kick people
Gorosei -> probably decent fighters, but too weak for the likes of M3 and even Jinbei.

If Sanji beats a Calamity this arc, no point in having his final opponent being another Commander. There can be differences in the strength of Yonko Commanders and Sanji can face another Yonko next major arc but no point in having his last significant opponent being around the same general strength as the Calamities. I'd say an Admiral, either Kizaru or Greenbull. Can't really picture Sanji facing a Gorosei member.
