Literally none of the buster call had Gorosei with them.

Why would he fight if Kizaru is here? Why did he outright say make sure no one knows hes here?

Seraphims are fodder , Kizaru can take them out have York repair them.

And If Kizaru is there , Moment vega is taken down , there's no bigger authority than Admirals (If they have any in the first place) Kizaru can easily command them.

I believe his main role will be to retrieve the Seraphim. We were shown the hierarchy of who can order them around and every last one of them have been present and has taken control of them in the arc so far. Then I believe before he leaves he will showcase to the audience the threat level of a Gorosei, possibly showing that the WG has fighters that go beyond an admiral, showing that the WG was always the biggest threat.
