Bronze though isn’t a metal, it’s an alloy that isn’t naturally found which is why it’s commonly Gold Silver and Copper pieces used as currency in fiction instead of bronze. Iirc, there’s a legit elemental group on the periodic table called coinage metals made of Gold Silver and Copper

Even in one piece specifically the only country who’s currency we’ve seen that isn’t berries, Wano, is that of Gold, Silver, and Copper piece.
