Mihawk is a top member of a Yonko crew, actually.
I would rather answer to the question "what if Mihawk were a Yonko crew captain?".
Well, giving that he doesn't want to be a leader, nor being such a big shot cause he likes to leave peacefully, I would say around Shanks' bounty or slightly higher, because his past seems more problematic than Shanks', because of the marine hunting stuff, but it's just a speculation

If you placed Mihawk as head of Big Mom pirates, he would be worth more than her so around 4.5bil.

Depends on his crew tbh. If they're bums like Law's I don't think it'd change that much, but If he had a competent crew like Shanks' I'd expect it to be at least 4.1 billion, assuming that he'd have been a yonko for the same amount of time
It depends on how long he would have been considered a yonko. Big Mom has been a yonko for decades yet doesn't have that much more of a bounty than Shanks who has only been a Yonko for six years.
