Speculations What would be the role of other allies in the raid?

Other than Caribou and possibly Tama, I’m not sure that any of these people would move the needle at all against two Yonko.
First of all, how would they get to Onigashima? We’re seeing that the waters between mainland Wano and Kaido’s stomping ground are treacherous in general, and even more so if you don’t have the power that the alliance possesses.
Second, these people seemingly have other things to worry about outside of bringing down Orochi and his enforcer(s) - Toko is mourning her dead father, Tsuru has to defend her tea shop, Tenguyama has to protect Tama AND the precious blades under his watch. Even if they were strong enough to hang around, they’re all distracted with other issues at the moment.
Third, as I’ve kinda alluded to throughout, none of these people have shown any abilities that would prove useful in the impending clash. We know plenty of strong folks are gonna somehow show up to help our protagonists, but there’s been zero indication that any of the common Wano folk are gonna be a part of the cavalry. Just don’t see any use in them coming to raid when we all know they’d be killed before reaching the inner sanctum on the island.
These characters have parts to play story wise, and I’m sure they’ll have some support to provide at some point, but to me, they’re complete non-factors when it comes to battling Kaido and Big Mom. Again, Caribou (a crafty, conniving Logia user) and Tama (taming the SMILE users) can definitely contribute in a tangible way, but the rest cannot feasibly alter the outcome here.

Fair enough, but even if they’re transported to Onigashima, I still don’t think any of them have the cojones to help in the main fight. If Neko’s bringing anyone, it should be big names that stand a chance at helping in the Emperors’ hopeful demise.
The creatures like Onimaru and Komachiyo/Hihimaru are interesting choices, actually...what if they’re able to prey on the Numbers as some sort of demonic animal battle royale??

Caribou is probably off doing Caribou things. I don't see him giving a shit one way or another about this battle.

The headliners... that's a good question.
Tsuru is possibly dead/in prison somewhere because she stood up to Holdem.

They doesn't necessarily need to fight... Say for instance, Tama will tame most of the fallen Smile users, while the likes of Tsuru and Toko heal them... Thus, increasing the number of fighters from their side to fight other fodders...
Tama is a special case since she has a very helpful DF ability... Caribou pledged to help Luffy since he's being afraid...

I see what you’re saying about the support aspect, but I don’t think we’ve seen enough evidence to suggest that Tsuru is a master healer, or that Toko can...really do much of anything at all. To be fair, they’re currently undeveloped because Oda has a fetish for introducing characters and completely ignoring them in favor of drawing Luffy punching something, but until he gives them more/anything to do, I think we’re assuming a lot about how proficient they are in that kind of role.
I’m still holding out for the SHGF or Revolutionaries to make their way to Wano, whether with Neko or on their own accord...otherwise, like you and @januarysdaughter said, the remnants of the WBP make the most sense.
Those fallen guys just needs to regain their consciousness... Not everyone were critically damaged...
Yes, that's true... But I doubt that Oda will repeat her being a hostage in the same arc... Didn't even happen in Udon... She can be protected by the plot itself... And yes, she still has some "unfinished" plot with BM...
Izo and some of the OG WBP with their divisions or crews... I think former Spade Pirates/Ace's division will also join (history with Ace AND Oden)... I think a few more wildcards will join...
