He saved them when they were vulnerable and were gonna get assassinated. Now they have knowledge, he has no more inclination of saving them since they have their own weapons to protect themselves now. It was their own faults for wanting revenge on the Meme pirates...they dug their own graves.
His job is SHs first. Hes not gonna leave the SHs unless hes doing something to secure their safety.
He didnt want to put the SHs in danger. They insisted on going to the tea party. It wouldve been only him and Luffy.

He saved the Vinsmokes for Zeff. It was cause they were vulnerable. Why would he save them again if they have their weapons and armies ? He never asked the SHs to come and help with the Tea Party....they wanted to.
Sanji is better off staying and protecting the SHs in the Sunny. Then going off fighting against the BMPs....when the Vinsmokes already have their own soldiers. What even is Sanji gonna change ?
This dumb logic astounding. Luffy is half-dead, the rest of the SHs are battered and the Sunny is fucked up. But no lemme go save the Vinsmokes for the fight they picked themselves.

The crew is only in that position cause he wanted to stay when they could have left.
He knows what the crew is like and how fsr they go for a member he lived through it with robin. He endangered them to save the vinsmokes who he left to die after they saved him.

1. Get the strawhats to back me up in someway since my captain Luffy is willing to challenge the World Government for a girl who had just been with us for a month at max or just few days... let alone me who's been vital to the crew's survival multiple times throughout the journey. Knowing my captain he'll come for me, so rather than telling him i'll be back, better for me to device a plan in accordance with the captain.

Even if I think it's best not to get the captain involved initially, I let the captain know what's going on when I see him arrive there, rather than kicking the shit out of him to try to force him to leave, since even the threat of taking on the World Government itself wasn't good enough to make him leave, let a lone a mere emperor. Then dependent on what my captain thinks, form a plan of some sort in secrecy to escape this.

Here we go again...and that's what i said in my first comment here, that the ones who criticize Sanji CAN'T give a logical answer to what Sanji should have done better. No, instead they ignore or spin things around...

What did the crew do (sanji included) when robin left them and told them to fuck off. Did they listen ? Imagine sucking sanji off so much you ignore what the crew did in one of the best arcs in the series. Theres 0 chance the crew leave sanji just because he told them. Just like there was 0 chance they left robin.

Sanji comes off as a hypocrite about the saving Germa Part
He went from lecturing Jinbei about how he let Arlong out of prison and should Kill himself , and then he decides to rescue his family who are just as bad if not worse than arlong
It just screams hypocrisy, especially when Jinbei at least was planning to go and kill Arlong if it wasn't for Arlong bribing the Marines while Sanji probably doesn't care if his family goes back into causing havoc in North Blue

There is notthing you can do. The only thing holding him back was Zeff being killed. He didn't know they were bluffing and they have an army of super soilders that can kill zeff even if Sanji himself took out all the vinsmokes and broke free. Unless Sanji can teleport to zeff and save him all he can do is listen to what they say.
