Enies Lobby/Water 7 Saga is peak, because it has everything, sad & happy, anger & disappointment, battle & action, comedy & drama, etc.

All Straw Hats also have a chance to shine too, each have a role properly and contribute to the storyline.

Enemy is both threatening yet can be fun.

There is a stake, close calls, and grand reveal.

Also has enough lore and world building.
