Too much PIS overall, I concur.

I would reduce the eye size and boobs and waist size for what it concerns the anime in particular.

I mean mostly popular manga before 2000 really had a big eyes (Dragonball, Sailor moon, Ranma, Doraemon, Detective Conan etc)

Also, try adding more tension to the story. Pretty much non-existing at this point tbh.
