By default, the SHs (except Chopper) got 300M increase each... On top of that:

• Zoro got additional 480,001,100
• Sanji got additional 402,000,000
• Robin got additional 500,000,000
• Jinbe got additional 362,000,000

Where did those extra amounts came from? I get Robin's since the Goroseis are now peeing on their pants with her growing knowledge...

Zoro got to join the Rooftop Battle and beat King... Jinbe only beat WsW but still got some extra amount but probably because of joining the SHs since he didn't get one during WCI...

Sanji only beat Queen but got almost near Zoro's extra amount... How?

In comparison, Mihawk's and Crocodile's is based on a pun on their names.

I'm a reasonable Sanjibro. I also believe more in some theories.

1. About Emperor Bounty threshold
The lowest Emperor's bounty is Blackbeard's of 2.2, and any higher bounty is held by half-Emperors. Kidd Law that defeat BM, and Mihawk that is WSS.
Which mean, Sanji's bounty won't surpass BB.

2. Narratively, unless his Exoskeleton stuff takes part heavily in future world direction, I don't think he is that big of a threat to the WG, even if he has the strength.

3. The other is about his current bounty is very close to "YC1" Katakuri right now, 1032 to 1057.
It's possible his final bounty is very close to "Emperor" Blackbeard, 2032 to 2.2b

4. Roger's and Cross Guild's connection, Luffy/Zoro/Sanji will surpass Roger's/Mihawk's/Crocodile's bounty a bit.


Of course, 3.2B is possible.
I think that's one of the reason why Buggy's is 3.189. so Sanji's can surpass his amount, which is 3.200. 32 is Sanji's number, so, pure 3.2b makes sense and highly possible. But that requires a reason (point 2 above).

Rooftop didnt count for Zoro and tbf what did he even accomplish on the Rooftop. He didnt defeat anyone. He just got feats. You dont get bounties for feats....just for achievement. His only achoevement ia defeating King

Exoskeleton is discount Mythical Zoans without it's drawback (can't swim, seastone, etc). Sanji's in particular, further removes the drawback of having his Emotions got modified, or erased.

If his body is allowed to be researched and the result of that experiments can be mass-produced, he will literally change the OP world.

Everyone's skill-floor will be upgraded several levels. Everyone can at least have Veteran level strengths, everyone can have abilities like DF but still can swim, etc.

Remember Sanji's declaration to Kuma about him being the most dangerous to Marine or something? I think this is the only way Sanji can fulfill that statement and having 3b+ bounty.

You realize Vagapunk someone superior to Judge is creating arguably better tech to replace shichibukai.

Science covers a lot of things. From what we know so far, Judge's stuff is about modified human. Whereas Vegapunk's showcased items are cyborgs and artificial devil fruit. This is why we only saw gene warrior from Germa, and none of the Marines are gene warriors.

Germa's wealth can create several Exo, and the lesser ones for soldiers.
One outdated cyborg costs one battleship according to Sentomaru.
So we can easily assume that newer tech Vegapunk develops is artificial DF and better cyborgs, not gene warrior.
Sure, Judge's gene research already been replicated by Queen, but he looks more cyborg than human.

So in conclusion, Exo is cheaper and accessible, better suited for public. People don't need to be robotic. That's a huge potential.

The simple explanation for Zoro's Bounty is that since he revealed Mihawk's Bounty Oda thought he could troll with Zoro's Bounty as long as he still number 2 even if it's just by 1 Million.. That's why most Zoro fans aren't in huge uproar..
