No one believe me that I used to have great anger issues where I could hurt someone really bad even because of a small thing. I still have anger issues but thank god it is much calmer and now I know how to hold myself. Thank you therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists :myman: oh and special thanks for my meds

People think im shy nope thats because youre unworthy of my conversation :goyea:

Seriously i tried dozens of times to actually talk to someone. But i felt like it was bugging them. They just nod their heads then never response? At this point we just talk about lessons, teachers , exams.

Bruh its all my relatives' fault for not getting well with my mother so i cant befriend my cousins.

I lost contact with real life interactions and y forum life is pretty much well known :josad:
You are GOAT here
But I'll say interact with as many people as you can. I was okayish till high school but then for college prep I became really introverted for 2 years(Asians particularly Indian will know about this Xd) and it made me really shy but recently in college I have stared getting bit by bit out of comfort zone and interacting with people. I too used to blame on studies and covid but then i realised its just excuses. The only good thing is I am 20 so prolly its not too late to meet new people and experiencing fun.
Hope I will become extrovert or atleast fully comfortable around new people by next year
