Checking the separate words in the dictionary adds: One species may have disappeared into the distance of history and became unknown, but you're alive.
She speaks of only one race that disappeared, and we know King's race is extinct (except for him), so that means she is referring to King's race. The third race is not extict or unknown according to her.
Besides, she wouldn't speak to King about Kuma's race, when she wants to recruit him/put him in her freak museum. She'd talk to King about his own race. This is really very clear from this scenario.

Birkans also can have no wings like Enel. All Birkans call their leaders "gods". There are multiple hints, that Birkans, Shandorians and Skypians are just humans mixed with Lunarians (Moon people/ Gods land) -- no special new race BM would want for her crew to breed, just mixed.


BB could be a special race that allows him to eat multiple devilfruits tho.
