If an Admiral cant even stand an Emperor's haki and he trembles in fear whats the purpose of the Zodiac VAs ?
We already have more than enough VAs that were used as hypetools do we really need more ?

No other position has been given as much L as the VA, other than Garp I don't see any reason to believe they are even YC2.

Maybe just maybe Oda will give to the position one promotion from Admiral proper hype.

Marineford powerscaling is questionable the Mihawk vs Vista memes are amazing. Its still really weird the VAs got like no shine though.

Or maybe to imply that those VAs are also Admiral level so now Marines would have 4 Admirals(Fleet included) plus 2 VAs on Admiral level(Zodiac) while also having Marine TRUE Hero Garp above all of them(if I remember he quit his VA position right?).
