So i gave a possible example. Unless 20something rookie shanks didnt have adv CoC when he fought prime mihawk. If he did, then he was a 1bill pirate with adv CoC.

Yes, the marines are fools they gave a bounty very small to zoro and shanks (20 years ago) because they are young and don't kill civilians. But Katakuri has double years and his crew kill civillians for foods

Im sure if you could send all present bounties to oda from 20 years in the past, he would be confused too.

Bounties haven't made sense in a while.

But that was the same shanks that dueled prime 30something year old mihawk. The last version of shanks that mihawk fought before shanks lost his arm. The same shanks that mihawk is waiting for someone to surpass.

Strong or weak he's under 21 year-old Zoro since the expert on all things stupid confirmed that 27yo Shanks w/2 arms was comparable to trash characters.
Zoro's potential is just that great, Zoro will be Dragon ball Z level before he is 30

He has being a pirate for all his life. So pretty much everything he does counts to his bounty.

He has Future Sight so he is a threat to spies.

If he title was actually true(invencible) than he probably flex his strength towards marines, captains and maybe even some vice-admirals(pretty sure likes of Smoker, Vergo and Bastille couldn't do shit againt him but Momonga is a different story).

I don't think FS counts towards his bounty, Kata would be worth 57M without FS going by how much people wank this shit.
