I mean, when he's constantly called the WSC, can you really blame them?
Nobody batted an eye at Whitebeard being called the WSM or Mihawk being called the WSS (besides idiot Shanks wankers), but somehow Kaido being called the WSC was a problem for them. lol

To be fair WB and Mihawk had title cards but in so far right now Kaido has one of the best feats in the manga and keeps getting his due respect by other characters every arc. I think doubting the validity of WSC is fine but treating the guy who has one of the most impressive feats on screen to date and trashing him over and over shows deep seated insecurity to me lol.

Do you see him with a a den den mushi calling anyone? Stop getting caught up in the details. Jack was at the bottom of the ocean floor and his captain didn´t give a shit about it. He was rescued later at some point, either by his subordinates or someone sent by Kaido, but it was no ones top priority. This isn´t the type of respect that could justify an alliance, nor raising his child.
