I understand this message yet I dislike the promotion of transhumanism/ai etc
I'm a writer, and one of my most controversial characters is a child clone girl, who does a TON of horrible things.
The reason I wrote that character isn't because I want clones to exist. It's because I know humans are attempting cloning, and, even if I hate cloning, I don't want to ever hate clones. Clones are not evil. The people who make clones are evil. Children produced from rape aren't evil. The people who raped their mothers are.
People shouldn't be hated, because of how they were created. Even if your parent was evil like Hitler, you shouldn't be judged by them. Ace should not be judged for Roger's reputation. No child should be judged for their parent's lives.
Oda doesn't want to support modifying children, like Judge does. Oda knows Judge is evil, hence the nazi theme.
Oda wants us to love Sanji, even though his Judge modified him to try to turn him into a monster.
Oda isn't trying to justify modifying children. Oda is trying to say that children like Sanji, who were abused and warped by their parents, deserve love, safety, and help.
People who try to "modify" their children to be better are wrong. People should be free. People should create children to let them be free, not to rule their children. Sorry if I came across badly, I truly love Sanji, even if his character has frustrated me at times.
