Is Malazan Book easy to follow? I mean do we have to study a 150-page exposition dump about the culture first before we can understand about the setting and where we are in the story?
No. It just dumps you into the world, and you have to learn about most of the details through reading. The author doesn't hand hold the reader at all

It's one of the most confusing fantasy series to get into

The Master and Margarita - the best book ever.

Captain Blood, We (by Zamyatin), The Count of Monte Cristo, Farenheit 451, The Old Man and the Sea, The Name of the Wind, Best Served Cold, The Wheel of Time.
When I was young, really liked Harry Potter and LoTR.
Almost every book by such great authors as Jules Verne, Fenimor Cooper, Conan Doyle, Robert Shekley, Robert Heinlein, Alexander Belyaev, Isaak Asimov, Herbert Wells, Roger Zelazny, Stephen King.
Can't provide an answer with reasonable amount of books. They all are very great in one way or another.

Let me see:
Books that I read as children and still have in my collection:
Lasse Lanta- Cor Brujin
Dune Saga (all books by Frank herbert) in particular- God Emperor of Dune
Scaramouche- Rafael Sabatini
Captain blood- Rafael Sabatini
All books by Asimov, in particular Fantastic Voyage II- Destination Brain
Books by H. Rider Haggard like She and King Solomon's mines
I try to reread those books every few years.
Very few modern books actually are fun to me to read. I will have to mention Er Gen books because he's a amazing author. He's one of the few people that can write books with thousands of pages and it still few too short.

There are several dozen of them, if not even a hundred. I usually don't read one book more than twice. It's a pity that life is so short. Right now I'm immersed in Priest's novels. Unfortunately, there is absolutely not enough time, and I only read on the transport on the way home. I try to read at night, but I fall asleep after a couple of minutes...

Personally the worse philosopher for me. Literally anyone else would be better.
