Possible Options:

A-) Old Garp gets killed by BB Pirates (includes Aokiji) without BB, while saving Koby

B-) Old Garp gets killed by BB Pirates with BB himself showing up, while saving Koby

C-) Old Garp defeats BB Pirates while saving Koby, only takes minor wounds

D-) Old Garp defeats BB Pirates while saving Koby, but takes serious wounds

E-) BB Pirates takes an order from BB to retreat from Hachinosu, Koby gets saved and they don't fight

F-) Fight gets interrupted by a surprise third party, Old Garp saves Koby

G-) Fight gets interrupted by a surprise third party, Old Garp can't save Koby

If a third party dont interrupt the fight the commanders on Hachinosu are fucked or BB arrives and they gang up on him like Deadbeard and byebye Garp-chan.
